You can expect
- Creation of a course book of approximately 130 to 200 pages based on the module description. You will be provided with guidelines containing specifications regarding the formal presentation of the works.
- Content includes the topics: History and Terminologies in Gastronomy, Delivery Systems in Gastronomy, Restaurant Design and Development, Cost Structure in the Restaurant Industry, Procurement and Inventory Management, Online Challenges and Opportunities for the Restaurant Industry, Sustainable Restaurant Management, New Trends and Developments in Gastronomy
- Creation of a questions catalogue
- Definition of further literature and references
Your qualifications
- University degree or equivalent education
- Practical experience in the relevant field
- Experience in academic writing
- Fluent knowledge of English
